Bilingual HR Administrator - Financial Services - $75k-$95k
Our client is a leading financial services firm seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Bilingual HR Administrator to support its human resources operations. This person MUST be bilingual in English and Spanish. Their responsibilities will include maintaining employee records, assisting with onboarding and offboarding processes, managing HR documents like contracts and policies, and helping coordinate recruitment efforts.

Our client is a top financial services firm that is looking for an HR Coordinator. This is a confidential search and more information can be shared on a call. This role involves assisting with various HR processes to ensure a smooth and efficient work environment. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism. Fluency in Spanish is required. The role is on-site in midtown Manhattan four days a week and one day remote.
Description
- Support the Human Resources department with various tasks and projects.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with internal policies and labor regulations.
- Liaise with employees regarding HR-related inquiries.
- Ensure accurate documentation and HR database management for reporting and auditing purposes.
- Assist in drafting and updating HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
- Assist in recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and coordinating onboarding activities.
- Assist with performance management processes and employee engagement efforts.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee relations matters, escalating complex issues when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with data protection and confidentiality policies in all HR-related tasks.
Profile
- MUST BE BILINGUAL IN ENGLISH AND SPANISH.
- Must be able to go into the office in midtown Manhattan at least four days a week.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of professional work experience, preferably in a corporate or financial environment.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to handle confidential information.
- Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
