Description
Job Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of construction projects, from planning to close-out.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Monitor project progress and proactively address risks or delays.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement in processes and project outcomes.
Profile
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in construction or related fields.
- Strong understanding of project management principles and construction processes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline (preferred).
- PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.
