Senior Project Manager- K-12 Renovations
An established general contractor in South Florida is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead K-12 school renovation projects throughout Broward County. This is a leadership role offering long-term stability, full project ownership, and the opportunity to shape impactful public-sector construction work.

Description
Manage all phases of assigned K-12 renovation projects from pre-construction through closeout.
Lead project teams including superintendents, engineers, subcontractors, and administrative staff.
Oversee budgets, schedules, submittals, RFIs, change orders, and project documentation.
Maintain regular communication with district representatives, architects, and stakeholders.
Ensure adherence to all safety regulations and compliance with Broward County school board requirements.
Conduct on-site inspections and progress meetings to drive timelines and maintain quality.
Identify and resolve project risks, delays, and budget variances proactively.
Profile
7+ years of experience in commercial construction with a strong background in K-12 or public-sector renovations.
Proven track record managing projects valued between $5M-$30M.
Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
Deep understanding of Florida building codes, public procurement procedures, and working in occupied facilities.
Excellent leadership, organizational, and client-facing communication skills.
Proficient in Procore, Microsoft Project
Job Offer
Base salary ranging from $140,000 to $160,000, plus performance bonuses.
