Senior Project Manager- Highrise Multifamily
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee the ground-up construction of high-rise multifamily projects valued around $100M in the heart of Miami. This is a leadership role for a professional who can manage complex projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring quality, safety, and profitability at every stage.

Description
Lead all phases of high-rise multifamily projects from preconstruction, budgeting, and scheduling through completion and turnover.
Manage project teams including Superintendents, Project Engineers, and Subcontractors to ensure milestones and quality standards are met.
Oversee project financials, including cost tracking, forecasting, and change management.
Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, architects, engineers, and local authorities.
Ensure all safety, quality, and compliance standards are met or exceeded throughout the project lifecycle.
Provide leadership in resolving technical or contractual issues, keeping projects on time and on budget.
Profile
The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience managing large-scale, ground-up high-rise multifamily or mixed-use projects valued at $100M or more. They must possess exceptional organizational, financial, and leadership skills, with a proven ability to coordinate complex operations and large teams. A degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred, along with strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
Job Offer
Competitive base salary in the range of $160K-$190K, plus performance-based bonuses.
