Senior Project Manager- Highrise Multifamily

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee the ground-up construction of high-rise multifamily projects valued around $100M in the heart of Miami. This is a leadership role for a professional who can manage complex projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring quality, safety, and profitability at every stage.

Description

• Lead all phases of high-rise multifamily projects from preconstruction, budgeting, and scheduling through completion and turnover.

• Manage project teams including Superintendents, Project Engineers, and Subcontractors to ensure milestones and quality standards are met.

• Oversee project financials, including cost tracking, forecasting, and change management.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, architects, engineers, and local authorities.

• Ensure all safety, quality, and compliance standards are met or exceeded throughout the project lifecycle.

• Provide leadership in resolving technical or contractual issues, keeping projects on time and on budget.

Profile

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience managing large-scale, ground-up high-rise multifamily or mixed-use projects valued at $100M or more. They must possess exceptional organizational, financial, and leadership skills, with a proven ability to coordinate complex operations and large teams. A degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred, along with strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
