We're seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager with commercial healthcare experience to oversee complex medical and clinical interior projects across Manhattan. Client Details

Our client is a trusted commercial healthcare general contractor specializing in medical offices, outpatient facilities, clinics, imaging suites, and hospital renovations throughout NYC. They're known for their professionalism, deep understanding of healthcare requirements, and collaborative culture that supports PMs with strong leadership and consistent project flow.

Description

    • Manage healthcare interior projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring schedule, budget, and quality targets are met.
    • Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and facility teams in active healthcare environments.
    • Oversee RFIs, submittals, change orders, schedules, procurement, and project documentation.
    • Lead project meetings and proactively identify and resolve challenges.
    • Partner with Superintendents to ensure safety, infection control, regulatory compliance, and high‑quality finishes.
    • Maintain clear communication with stakeholders to ensure minimal disruption to occupied facilities.

Profile

A successful Project Manager should have:
