US HR Business Partner
The US HR Business Partner will serve as a strategic and operational partner to local leadership and the global HR team. This role will lead core HR processes, manage employee relations, support performance and development initiatives, and ensure full compliance with US labor laws and corporate guidelines.

Description
- Oversee payroll information flow with external providers; review/validate payroll.
- Ensure HR practices comply with federal, state, and local regulations and global standards.
- Build strong relationships with employees and managers.
- Implement HR policies, drive consistency, and support operational HR needs.
- Lead recruitment, staffing planning, and job description development; conduct compensation benchmarking.
- Partner with global HR on performance management and development planning.
- Support managers on training needs, effectiveness, and ongoing workforce capability development.
- Advise managers on performance issues, absenteeism, and employee relations matters.
- Provide guidance on labor law and support with legal documentation when required.
- Prepare accurate HR reporting for senior leadership.
Profile
- 8+ years of HR experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment.
- Strong operational HR background and experience working at all organizational levels.
- Knowledge of Spanish.
- Excellent knowledge of US labor laws and compliance.
- Skilled in HR systems, prioritization, communication, and relationship building.
- Experience administering benefits (health insurance, PTO management).
- Proactive, adaptable, detail‑driven, and highly reliable.
