HR And Recruitment Coordinator
Working directly with the Senior HR Generalist and CHRO, the HR & Recruitment Coordinator will play a key role in talent acquisition and HR operations.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and eager to contribute to a dynamic HR team.

As they continue to grow, they are seeking a detail-oriented HR & Recruitment Coordinator to join their team.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage end-to-end recruitment while also supporting daily HR administration.
Description
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for all open roles, including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and extending offers
- Develop and maintain job descriptions and postings across various job boards and platforms
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and identify top talent
- Track candidate pipelines and recruitment metrics to optimize hiring processes
- Support onboarding and new hire orientation processes
- Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data entry
- Assist with benefits administration, performance management tracking, and compliance reporting
- Respond to employee inquiries and provide general HR support as needed
- Partner with the Senior HR Generalist and CHRO on various HR projects and initiatives
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in HR and/or recruitment, preferably within financial services or a corporate environment
- Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment and HR administrative processes
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with an HRIS and ATS preferred
Job Offer
- Competitive salary ($60,000 - $85,000) plus annual bonus
