HR Manager - Green River, WY - Relocation Assistance Provided
My client is seeking a strategic and dynamic Human Resources Manager to lead HR operations at their Green River location. This role is pivotal in building organizational capability and driving a high-performance culture through innovative HR strategies and strong business partnership.
This role is full-time on-site in Green River, Wyoming. Relocation assistance is provided.

Our client is a global industrial company that produces essential raw materials and high-performance products used across the glass, chemicals, and construction sectors. With dozens of mining sites and enrichment facilities, it ranks among the world's top producers of chromium-based chemicals.
The HR Manager will manage the local HR team and play a critical role in shaping a culture of engagement, development, and performance. Responsibilities include partnering with site leadership to coach and communicate effectively, assessing leadership talent and organizational structure, and implementing strategies to close capability gaps. You'll oversee core HR functions such as employee relations, talent and performance management, organizational effectiveness, policy application, and staffing, ensuring alignment with business goals and operational excellence.
The HR Manager is someone who can seamlessly navigate all levels of the organization - from engaging with front-line employees and visiting underground mine operations to partnering with senior executives. The ideal candidate will have experience leading teams, preferably within manufacturing or mining, and a solid understanding of complex organizational dynamics.

Description
- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention programs to build a strong workforce.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Partner with department leaders to drive employee engagement and development initiatives.
- Manage performance review processes and recommend improvements where necessary.
- Analyze HR metrics to inform decision-making and enhance organizational effectiveness.
- Handle employee relations matters, promoting a positive and inclusive workplace.
- Advise leadership on workforce planning and talent management strategies.

Profile
A successful HR Manager should have:
