Human Resources Business Partner

As the Human Resources Business Partner, you will lead the People strategy for global and regional departments, focusing on achieving business goals by developing and coaching leaders in People strategy, driving target company culture, creating an outstanding employee experience, and enabling teams to go above and beyond.

Description

  • Design, implement, and support people strategies that align with business goals and drive organizational effectiveness.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor and coach to senior leaders (primarily directors and above), providing guidance on leadership, team performance, and organizational culture.
  • Develop and coach senior leaders to strengthen leadership capabilities, foster high-performing teams, and uphold a people-first culture.
  • Conduct proactive assessments of organizational and team dynamics; identify root causes, provide recommendations, and implement effective, data-informed solutions.
  • Create and deliver scalable, growth-oriented solutions in areas such as organizational design, performance management, talent development, employee engagement, recognition, change management, and team building.
  • Collaborate with functional HR teams and regional/global HR partners to address workforce planning, recruitment, employee engagement, and learning and development, ensuring alignment with company culture.
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion by supporting equitable HR practices, promoting a sense of belonging, and advancing DEI-focused initiatives.

Profile

  • Over 7 years of experience as an HR Business Partner within the tech sector, preferably in fast-paced, high-growth SaaS companies.
  • Proven expertise in supporting Go-to-Market and client-facing teams, understanding their unique business needs.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to interpret business metrics and effectively communicate in the language of GTM functions.
  • Experience operating in a global context-partnering with international leaders and teams while aligning with global HR strategies.
  • Established credibility as a trusted advisor, with a track record of influencing and supporting senior leaders (VPs and Directors).
  • Comfortable navigating dynamic, rapidly scaling environments, with a strong ability to adapt and support organizational growth.
  • Collaborative and inclusive team player, skilled at building strong relationships across all levels of the organization.
