Michael Page Hicksville, NY (Onsite) Full-Time
$100,000 - $130,000/Year
The Plant Human Resources Manager will play a critical, high-visibility role at the site, serving as the primary HR partner to plant leadership and acting as the bridge between the production floor and executive team. The HR Manager will be deeply embedded in day-to-day operations - supporting a large hourly workforce, driving employee engagement, leading employee relations, and helping managers navigate performance, attendance, and retention challenges.

Client Details Our client is a fast-growing, family-owned food manufacturing company on Long Island that has built a reputation for quality, innovation, and an incredibly loyal workforce. The business is in an exciting phase - expanding production capacity, investing in new technologies, and scaling operations to meet increasing demand across retail and foodservice channels.

As part of this growth, they're looking to add a high-impact Plant Human Resources Manager who can step in as a true business partner to operations, help strengthen the employee experience on the floor, and elevate HR practices across a large, hourly workforce. This is a unique opportunity to join a values-driven organization where leadership is accessible, decisions move quickly, and HR has a real seat at the table to help shape the next chapter of the company's success.

Qualified candidates will have 5-10+ years of HR experience in a manufacturing setting, proven experience supporting a large hourly workforce, and hands-on, plant-based experience.

This position is five days a week on-site in Central Long Island.
