Description
Support Project Managers and Superintendents with daily coordination to keep projects running smoothly.
Manage RFIs, submittals, and project documentation with precision.
Help prepare and maintain project schedules to ensure timely delivery.
Assist with subcontractor communication, fostering the collaborative relationships Straub is known for.
Uphold our commitment to safety, quality, and integrity on every job site.
Profile
A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.
Excellent communication skills and a desire to be part of a supportive team.
Passion for learning and building projects that positively impact the community.
Job Offer
Typically $60,000 - $85,000+, depending on experience, plus strong benefits and professional development opportunities.
