Description
- Oversee the structural shell phase of high-rise apartment projects, ensuring quality, budget, and timeline compliance.
- Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and site teams to streamline project execution.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and material procurement to maintain efficiency.
- Ensure safety regulations and structural integrity are adhered to throughout the construction process.
- Lead and mentor project teams, providing technical guidance and problem-solving expertise.
Profile
- 10+ years of experience in structural shell construction for high-rise apartments.
- Proven track record working for a shell contractor on large-scale residential or commercial projects.
- Strong understanding of concrete structures, formwork systems, and post-tensioning.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred.
