Lead Superintendent - K-12 & Education
This role leads a large, complex K-12 education project with athletic components in central Ohio. It offers immediate impact, strong leadership exposure, and clear progression within a growing organization.

Description
- Run day-to-day site operations on a major K-12 project
- Partner closely with the Project Manager on schedule and quality
- Lead subcontractors and manage site logistics and safety
- Coordinate staffing, inspections, and milestone deliveries
- Serve as the on-site representative with owners and architects
Profile
A successful K12 Superintendent should have:
- 7-12 years' experience as a Superintendent on complex projects
- Background in K-12, higher-ed, or similar institutional builds
- Proven ability to control large, active jobsites
- Strong subcontractor and trade relationships
- Willingness to travel locally across Ohio as needed
Job Offer
- Competitive salary ranging from USD 110.000 to USD 130.000.
