Senior Project Manager
Senior Project Manager oversees all phases of a construction project, from pre-construction planning and budgeting to execution and final closeout.

Description
ead and manage all phases of MEP construction projects from pre-construction through closeout
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts
Coordinate with design teams, field personnel, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project objectives are met
Oversee procurement of materials and subcontracted work
Manage project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and contracts
Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality control procedures
Facilitate project meetings and maintain effective communication among all stakeholders
Monitor and mitigate project risks, delays, and cost overruns
Support and mentor project engineers and other junior team members
Drive project profitability while maintaining client satisfaction and long-term relationships
Profile
Proven experience managing large-scale MEP or design-build construction projects
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and client-facing abilities
Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Procore, MS Project)
Deep understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractors effectively
Skilled at problem-solving and navigating complex construction challenges
Committed to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
PMP or other industry certifications (preferred but not required)
