The Human Resources Business Partner will support all HR functions within the retail environment. The HRBP will support all HR functions day to day with a specific focus on recruitment and employee relations. The HRBP will report into the Director of HR. Description

• Provide HR guidance and support on various issues like hiring, employee investigations, engagement, and retention.
• Partner with senior leadership to develop strategic initatives focused on growth.
• Support continual development of HR programs, like Learning & Development.

Profile

• 5-7 years of HR experience in a retail setting.
• An in-depth understanding of retail operations.
• The ability to work on a hybrid schedule in NYC.
• Ability to travel 20% of the time.

Job Offer

• Base salary of $110K - $115K depending on candidate's experience.
• Annual bonus.
