The Production Manager will lead manufacturing operations for a growing medical device company. This role is critical to ensuring production goals are met while maintaining strict regulatory compliance and high product quality.

Description
- Manage daily production schedules and ensure timely delivery of medical devices.
- Maintain compliance with FDA regulations, ISO 13485, and company quality systems.
- Lead, train, and develop production staff to achieve performance and safety goals.
- Collaborate with engineering, quality assurance, and supply chain teams.
- Implement lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Monitor KPIs and prepare operational reports for senior leadership.
