Description

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects, including labor, materials, and equipment.
• Collaborate with project teams to analyze blueprints, specifications, and project requirements.
• Develop and maintain relationships with subcontractors and vendors to gather competitive pricing.
• Assist in value engineering efforts to optimize project costs without compromising quality.
• Review project budgets and provide accurate cost forecasts to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulations during the estimating process.
• Participate in bid reviews and presentations to clients as needed.
• Continuously update and refine estimating tools and practices for improved efficiency.

Profile

• Strong knowledge of construction estimating techniques, processes, and software.
• Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
• A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
