HR Generalist

The Human Resources Generalist will play a key role in supporting our organization's HR functions. As a versatile professional, you will be responsible for a diverse range of tasks including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.

Description

Talent Cultivation:

• Manage the tracking and documentation of mandatory and optional training, certifications, and assessments.
• Spearhead recruitment efforts, collaborating closely with departmental managers to identify key competencies and skills for open positions.
• Conduct thorough background checks and verification processes for new hires.
• Coordinate new hire orientation and contribute to employee recognition initiatives.

HR Operational Excellence:

• Administer and execute various HR programs including compensation, benefits, and leave management.
• Address employment-related inquiries and concerns from applicants, employees, and supervisors.
• Participate in disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations as needed.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.

A Thriving Work Environment:

• Support employee engagement initiatives and foster proactive communication channels.
• Uphold positive employee relations through fair policy administration and swift issue resolution.
• Assist in conducting wage surveys and recommending competitive compensation strategies.
