Description
- Manage all aspects of customer service, including order entry, tracking, and release for shipment through the ERP system.
- Provide customers with timely updates on products, orders, and deliveries.
- Respond to inquiries promptly via phone and email with professionalism and excellent communication skills.
- Present and promote products and services to clients in a clear, solution-oriented manner.
- Process product returns and customer complaints, serving as the lead investigator for assigned fulfillment issues.
- Collaborate with Production Planning to align on schedules, lead times, and inventory availability to ensure on-time delivery.
- Partner with management to address shipment delays, stock-out risks, and other service concerns.
- Support the Sales team by understanding customer requirements, making proactive sales calls, and assisting in account development.
- Research accounts, identify key contacts, and prospect new opportunities using professional outreach methods.
- Build and strengthen long-term business relationships with new and existing clients.
- Foster collaboration across teams, contribute to a positive workplace culture, and lead by example.
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field, or at least 2+ years of relevant customer service or inside sales experience.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and customer-facing platforms preferred.
