As the HR Manager, you'll be a key member of our leadership team, directly impacting strategic decisions and guiding the company's direction.

Our client is an integrated corporate division, specializing exclusively in providing ultra-pure media supplies for the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and cosmetics sectors.

Description

• Design and execute recruitment strategies to attract and retain high-quality candidates.
• Manage the entire recruitment process, from job advertisements to interviews, offer letters, and onboarding.
• Work closely with department leaders to assess staffing needs and plan for future talent requirements.
• Review resumes, organize interviews, and facilitate communication with candidates.
• Prepare and organize onboarding documents and schedules for new employees.
• Ensure all employment eligibility forms and records are completed and properly filed.
• Assist with payroll by gathering and verifying timesheet data.
• Oversee the management of employee benefits, including health insurance, 401(k) plans, and other benefits.
• Processing payroll.

Profile

• A Bachelor's degree
• 4 years of experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong organizational abilities
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Experience conducting interviews
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information
• Processing payroll within Paychex

Job Offer
