HR Manager
As the HR Manager, you'll be a key member of our leadership team, directly impacting strategic decisions and guiding the company's direction.
Client Details
Our client is an integrated corporate division, specializing exclusively in providing ultra-pure media supplies for the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and cosmetics sectors.
Description
- Design and execute recruitment strategies to attract and retain high-quality candidates.
- Manage the entire recruitment process, from job advertisements to interviews, offer letters, and onboarding.
- Work closely with department leaders to assess staffing needs and plan for future talent requirements.
- Review resumes, organize interviews, and facilitate communication with candidates.
- Prepare and organize onboarding documents and schedules for new employees.
- Ensure all employment eligibility forms and records are completed and properly filed.
- Assist with payroll by gathering and verifying timesheet data.
- Oversee the management of employee benefits, including health insurance, 401(k) plans, and other benefits.
- Processing payroll.
Profile
- A Bachelor's degree
- 4 years of experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational abilities
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Experience conducting interviews
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information
- Processing payroll within Paychex
Job Offer
- Highly desirable hourly rate
- Medical, dental and vision benefits available from day 1
- Monday through Friday 9:30am - 5:30pm
- 5 day in office position
