Project Manager- Condo Construction
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead condominium construction projects across the South Florida tri-county area. This is an exciting opportunity for a proven leader to deliver high-profile residential projects while working with a well-respected general contractor.

Our client is a reputable South Florida general contractor specializing in multifamily and condominium construction. With a strong track record of delivering luxury residential projects on time and within budget, they are known for their professionalism, collaborative approach, and commitment to quality construction. Their pipeline includes multiple ground-up and renovation projects across Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties.
Description
Oversee all phases of condominium construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
Coordinate and manage subcontractors, vendors, and site staff to ensure project execution meets client expectations
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and reporting for executive leadership and ownership groups
Ensure compliance with safety, quality control, and building codes
Serve as the main point of contact with clients, consultants, and internal teams to drive project success
Travel as needed across the tri-county area to monitor job sites and maintain client relationships
Profile
7+ years of experience in construction project management, with a strong focus on condominiums or multifamily residential projects
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred
Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale residential projects with budgets exceeding $10M
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Willingness and flexibility to travel between project sites in Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties
