Project Manager- Condo Construction

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead condominium construction projects across the South Florida tri-county area. This is an exciting opportunity for a proven leader to deliver high-profile residential projects while working with a well-respected general contractor.

Their pipeline includes multiple ground-up and renovation projects across Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties.

Description

• Oversee all phases of condominium construction projects from preconstruction through closeout

• Coordinate and manage subcontractors, vendors, and site staff to ensure project execution meets client expectations

• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and reporting for executive leadership and ownership groups

• Ensure compliance with safety, quality control, and building codes

• Serve as the main point of contact with clients, consultants, and internal teams to drive project success

• Travel as needed across the tri-county area to monitor job sites and maintain client relationships

Profile

• 7+ years of experience in construction project management, with a strong focus on condominiums or multifamily residential projects

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred

• Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale residential projects with budgets exceeding $10M

• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills

• Willingness and flexibility to travel between project sites in Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties
