Multi-Site HR Manager
The HR Manager will oversee and manage the full spectrum of human resources functions for the organizations employees. This role focuses on implementing effective HR strategies, ensuring compliance, and fostering a positive workplace environment.

Description
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy for multiple plants in the tri state area.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
- Oversee and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Process payroll for employees.
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, and preservation of human capital.
- Manage employee relations, resolve issues, and provide guidance to ensure a positive workplace culture.
- Design and execute training and development programs to enhance employee performance and growth.
- Administer compensation, benefits, and performance management systems, including health benefits, PTO, and 401(k).
- Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to leadership for informed decision-making.

Profile
A successful HR Manager should have:
- Proven experience in human resources, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
- Ability to travel to different plants in the tri state area.
- Ability to be onsite 5 days a week.
- Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to foster positive relationships.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in HR software and tools to manage processes efficiently.
- A proactive and solution-oriented mindset for problem-solving.
