Human Resources Business Partner(Corporate)
The HRBP will play a pivotal role in aligning human resources strategies with business objectives for corporate employees. This position is based in the Bronx and focuses on providing expert HR guidance and support to the organization's leadership and employees.

Description
- Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on all HR-related matters, ensuring alignment with business strategies.
- Develop and implement HR initiatives to improve employee engagement and organizational performance.
- Provide guidance on employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Support workforce planning and talent management strategies to meet organizational needs.
- Collaborate with management to design and deliver training programs that enhance employee skills and development.
- Analyze HR metrics and provide actionable insights to improve processes and decision-making.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
- Ensure consistent application of HR policies and practices across departments.

Profile
A successful HRBP should have:
- A strong background in human resources, with expertise supporting corporate employees.
- A deep understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage complex employee relations issues.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities to foster collaboration across teams.
- A proven track record of implementing HR strategies that drive business success.
- Experience using HR systems and analyzing HR data to support decision-making.
