We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Manager with proven skills in the Healthcare industry. The ideal candidate will have experience working as a sole HR employee for an organization and a passion for Human Resources.

Description

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues for both union and non-union employees.
• Manage the recruitment and selection process.
• Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
• Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization.
• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
• Maintain payroll and benefits program.

Profile

A successful HR Manager should have:

• 7+ years of Human Resources experience within the Healthcare sector.
• Deep knowledge of HR functions and best practices.
• Experience working with blue and white collar employees.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Experience with ADP Workforce strongly preferred.

• An estimated salary range of $115,000 - $135,000 USD.
