Project Manager- Commercial Construction

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead ground-up commercial construction projects in the West Palm Beach area. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects from preconstruction through closeout.

Description

• Lead all phases of ground-up commercial construction projects from preconstruction through final turnover

• Manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and project teams to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery

• Oversee RFI, submittals, and change order processes

• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies

• Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, architects, and consultants

• Provide leadership, mentorship, and support to assistant project managers and project engineers

Profile

The successful candidate will have:

• 7+ years of experience as a Project Manager in ground-up commercial construction

• Strong knowledge of construction processes, project scheduling, and cost controls

• Excellent leadership, communication, and client-facing skills

• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and resolve conflicts effectively

• A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred but not required)
