HR Manager - Hybrid NYC - Up to $150K
Our client is seeking a seasoned HR Manager (at least 9 years of experience) to oversee and elevate the full spectrum of human resources functions across the U.S. region. In this role, you'll lead a dynamic People Team, champion compliance and employee experience, and align local HR initiatives with a global strategy. You'll partner with senior business leaders, drive people-centric solutions, and help shape a workplace culture that values inclusivity, performance, and purpose. Up to $150K hybrid in Manhattan.

The client is a global business and tech consultancy, recognized for launching thousands of careers and driving innovation. They value diversity, integrity, and excellence and are looking for an HR Manager with a minimum of 9 years of experience to join their team hybridly in NYC.
Description
- Lead U.S. HR operations including onboarding, employee relations, compliance, and performance management
- Align local practices with global HR strategy and U.S. employment laws
- Enhance employee experience and engagement across all stages of the employee lifecycle
- Provide expert HR guidance to leadership and staff
- Foster a high-performing, inclusive culture that supports business success
Profile
- 9+ years of progressive HR experience; PHR or SHRM-certified
- A strategic thinker with hands-on execution skills
- Expert in U.S. labor law, HR best practices, and people leadership
- Confident communicator, influencer, and collaborator
- Passionate about creating a culture where people thrive
- Able to commute hybridly to Manhattan
- Experience in a similar professional service industry preferred
