Our client is looking for an HR Business Partner to join their manufacturing team, connecting people strategy with operational success at their plant. In this pivotal role, the HRBP will collaborate with senior leadership to address workforce challenges, enhance employee engagement, and implement talent management initiatives tailored to a fast-paced production environment. This is an opportunity to shape key HR decisions and drive meaningful impact without direct reports.
Client Details
Our client is a global leader in manufacturing looking for an HR Business Partner to support one of their plants in Cincinnati. The role is deeply embedded in the heart of the plant, supporting a team of 100 employees on-site five days a week. As a true strategic partner, the HRBP will work closely with leadership and plant management, offering expert guidance on HR policies and processes. Beyond strategy, this role is hands-on and immersed in the daily realities of the workforce, tackling employee relations, performance management, engagement, and employment law compliance to create a thriving workplace.
The ideal candidate will blend strategic thinking with a passion for people, ensuring that HR initiatives not only align with business goals but also foster a positive and inclusive work environment. Description
- Align human resources strategies with the plant's operational objectives to ensure workforce productivity and efficiency.
- Collaborate with plant managers and leaders to address workforce planning, talent acquisition, and retention strategies specific to the manufacturing environment.
- Implement and manage employee relations programs, ensuring a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Facilitate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and competencies, supporting career growth and succession planning.
- Analyze workforce data and metrics to identify trends, provide insights, and drive continuous improvement in HR practices and policies.
Profile
- 5+ years of HR Business Partner experience in a manufacturing environment
- The ability to go on-site at the plant five days a week
- Employee relations experience
- Working knowledge of HR functions
Job Offer
- $110k - $120k base salary depending on the candidate's experience
