HR Generalist-Retail
This role will be on a growing HR team that Michael Page has placed. It will be responsible for the full employee life cycle for their retail employee groups.
Client Details
They are a global retail company that started in Europe and has expanded to the US over the last few years. They are expanding their retail footprint in the US.
Description
- Support growing retail employee population
- Recruiting
- On-boarding
- Implement and administer employee policies in partnership with HR team
- Partner with Retail Director on training programs
- Employee relations and performance management issues
- Prepare and maintain employment, pay and benefit records related to events such as hiring, termination, leaves or promotions.
- Collect and input information for payroll, benefit enrollment and HRIS activities
Profile
- 3+ years' experience in HR
- Exposure to Retail employee populations
- Bachelor Degree
