HR Generalist
We are seeking a resourceful and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our Human Resources team in the New York headquarters.
Client Details
Our client is a global investment bank headquartered in New York City, specializing in mergers & acquisitions, capital markets, and strategic advisory.
Description
Partner with business leaders to provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and HR policies.
Support recruitment efforts, including interview coordination, onboarding, and new hire orientation.
Manage HR processes such as benefits administration, leave of absence tracking, and compliance documentation.
Collaborate on training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and career progression.
Ensure adherence to employment laws and internal policies while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
Profile
3-5 years of HR experience, preferably within financial services or a corporate environment.
Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance standards.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with HRIS systems a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
