HR Generalist

We are seeking a resourceful and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our Human Resources team in the New York headquarters.

Our client is a global investment bank headquartered in New York City, specializing in mergers & acquisitions, capital markets, and strategic advisory.

Description

• Partner with business leaders to provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and HR policies.

• Support recruitment efforts, including interview coordination, onboarding, and new hire orientation.

• Manage HR processes such as benefits administration, leave of absence tracking, and compliance documentation.

• Collaborate on training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and career progression.

• Ensure adherence to employment laws and internal policies while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

Profile

• 3-5 years of HR experience, preferably within financial services or a corporate environment.

• Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance standards.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with HRIS systems a plus.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
