Job Description

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage resources, and maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute infrastructure projects from start to finish.
  • Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
  • Monitor progress and implement corrective actions when needed.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage subcontractors and vendors effectively.
  • Communicate project updates to stakeholders and senior leadership.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks proactively.
  • Foster a collaborative team environment focused on quality and efficiency.

Profile



What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in construction or civil engineering.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • PMP certification is a plus.
