he role is a part-time, remote Accounting and Operations Coordinator supporting U.S. operations for a European-based manufacturing company, focusing on customer coordination, logistics, and light accounting tasks. It requires strong communication skills, proficiency in Excel, and morning availability in EST to collaborate with the international team.

The client is a European-based manufacturing organization with a growing presence in the U.S. market. They specialize in delivering high-quality products and maintaining strong customer relationships across international borders. Their operations involve cross-cultural collaboration, requiring seamless coordination between their headquarters and U.S. customers.
Description
- Customer Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding invoicing and delivery logistics.
- Delivery Confirmation: Verify transport arrangements and delivery locations with customers.
- Document Management: Issue and follow up on invoices, packing lists, and purchase orders.
- Logistics Coordination: Manage shipment changes between Nortek Spain, Nortek US, and final customers.
- Tariff & Delivery Accuracy: Ensure all tariff and delivery details are correct and updated.
- Weekly Reporting: Provide concise activity recaps every Friday afternoon.
- Communication: Respond promptly to emails and requests within reasonable timeframes.
- Light Accounting Tasks: Track invoices and perform basic bookkeeping duties.
Profile
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in customer service, operations, or accounting support.
- Communication Skills: Comfortable making and receiving calls; strong written communication.
- Proactive & Independent: Ability to manage tasks with minimal supervision.
- Detail-Oriented: Accuracy in invoicing, delivery details, and documentation.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Logistics Knowledge: Familiarity with shipment coordination and tariff details.
- Remote Readiness: Comfortable working remotely and across time zones.
- Responsiveness: Prompt email replies and ability to provide weekly recaps.
- Cultural Adaptability: Ability to navigate cross-cultural business expectations.
Job Offer
- Start Date: ASAP.
- Schedule: Flexible part-time (approx. 10-15 hours/week, 3 days/week).
