Superintendent- Commercial Construction

We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to join a well-established general contractor in Miami, Florida. The selected candidate will immediately take charge of a $2M ground-up bank project, overseeing all phases of construction to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.

Description

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the $2M bank project from start to finish.

• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, trades, and field staff.

• Ensure adherence to project schedules, safety standards, and quality expectations.

• Work closely with the Project Manager to address issues, track progress, and maintain budgets.

• Conduct regular site inspections, enforce compliance with building codes, and maintain strong communication with all stakeholders.

Profile

The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing commercial construction projects as a Superintendent. They should have excellent organizational and leadership skills, a deep understanding of construction methods, scheduling, and safety practices, and the ability to manage subcontractors effectively while ensuring quality workmanship. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are a must.
