HR Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our Human Resources team in New York.

Our client is a global investment bank headquartered in New York City, with a reputation for excellence in mergers & acquisitions, capital markets, and strategic advisory.

Description

• Support the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment coordination, onboarding, and offboarding.

• Assist with HR documentation, compliance, and personnel records management.

• Coordinate employee programs such as orientation, benefits enrollment, and training sessions.

• Partner with HR team members to manage employee inquiries and resolve issues in a timely, professional manner.

• Assist with HR projects, reporting, and data entry into HR systems.

Profile

• 1-3 years of HR or administrative experience; prior experience in financial services is a plus.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with HRIS systems preferred.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
