Description
As a Junior Estimator, you will assist in preparing cost estimates and proposals for construction projects, supporting the preconstruction team and contributing to successful project delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Review project plans and specifications
- Assist in quantity take-offs and cost analysis
- Solicit and evaluate subcontractor bids
- Prepare preliminary budgets and proposals
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Collaborate with project managers and senior estimators
- Support continuous improvement in estimating processes
