As a Concrete Superintendent, you will:

• Manage all on-site concrete operations from start to finish
• Coordinate crews, equipment, and materials to maintain schedule and quality
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
• Review plans and specifications to ensure accurate execution
• Monitor productivity and implement strategies for efficiency
• Communicate daily with project managers and clients to ensure alignment
• Maintain accurate documentation including daily reports and inspections
• Mentor and develop field team members to build a strong workforce

Profile

Ideal candidates will bring:

• 5+ years of experience in concrete construction supervision
• Strong knowledge of concrete forming, placing, and finishing techniques
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications
• Proven leadership and communication skills
• OSHA 30 certification preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications a plus
