Human Resources Business Partner | Legal | NYC
The Human Resources Business Partner will play a vital role in supporting the strategic and operational goals for one of the firm's practice groups. This position requires experience within Legal or professional services and flexibility to work onsite 3 days a week from Midtown Manhattan.

Description
- Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals.
- Provide guidance on employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
- Support talent acquisition efforts, including workforce planning and recruitment strategies.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Oversee performance management processes, offering coaching and feedback to managers and employees.
- Analyze HR data and trends to provide actionable insights for decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to deliver training and development programs.

Profile
A successful Human Resources Business Partner should have:
- A strong understanding of HR principles, policies, and employment law.
- Experience in the legal environment highly preferred, profesisonal services experience required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
- A proactive and solutions-oriented mindset for addressing challenges.
- Proficiency in HR systems and tools to manage data and processes efficiently.
- A bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
