General Superintendent- Healthcare Construction

We are seeking a seasoned General Superintendent to lead field operations on multiple ground-up Healthcare projects across the Miami area. This role functions at a Project Executive level in the field, overseeing all jobsite performance, team leadership, and client-facing coordination.

Description

• Lead all onsite operations for multiple concurrent Healthcare projects, ensuring execution aligns with project goals, schedule, and budget.

• Act as the senior field authority and main point of leadership for superintendents, subcontractors, and field teams.

• Partner closely with Project Executives, Project Managers, and owners to drive communication, resolve complex issues, and maintain client satisfaction.

• Oversee site logistics planning, risk mitigation, safety compliance, and quality control for all active projects.

• Review construction schedules, coordinate inspections, and ensure adherence to Healthcare construction standards and AHCA requirements.

• Mentor and develop onsite staff, fostering a strong culture of accountability, collaboration, and professionalism.

Profile

• 10+ years of experience as a Superintendent, Senior Superintendent, or General Superintendent with a strong portfolio of Healthcare projects.

• Proven track record of acting as the lead field authority across multiple job sites or major ground-up Healthcare facilities.

• Deep understanding of Healthcare construction standards, inspections, infection control measures, and AHCA processes.

• Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, capable of driving teams and projects at an executive field level.

• Ability to manage high-pressure environments, complex stakeholder groups, and time-sensitive construction milestones.

• Demonstrated ability to represent the contractor professionally with clients, design teams, and trade partners.
