An established luxury residential builder in West Palm Beach is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support the delivery of high-end custom homes valued at $10M+. Description

• Assist the Project Manager with coordinating all phases of high-end custom home construction from pre-construction through closeout.

• Maintain project schedules, track deliverables, and ensure subcontractors meet quality and timeline expectations.

• Review plans, specifications, and change orders to ensure accuracy and alignment with client expectations.

• Conduct regular site walks and work closely with field teams to resolve issues and maintain safety compliance.

• Participate in subcontractor meetings, prepare documentation, and support procurement of materials and equipment.

• Assist in managing project budgets, forecasting, and invoice review.

• Serve as a professional point of contact for homeowners, architects, and designers to maintain smooth communication throughout the project.

Profile

• 2-5+ years of experience supporting construction projects, specifically custom homes valued at $10M or more.

• Strong understanding of luxury residential construction, high-end finishes, and bespoke detailing.

• Proficient in project management software and document control platforms.

• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong communication skills and a polished, professional demeanor when interacting with clients and design teams.

• A team player who is eager to learn, grow, and step into increased responsibility over time.
