Office Manager/Accountant
The Office Manager/Accountant will oversee daily operations, manage administrative tasks, and handle financial responsibilities to ensure smooth business operations. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in project accounting and organizational management.

Description
- Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring efficiency and organization.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring accurate and timely payments.
- Prepare financial reports, including budgets and forecasts, to support decision-making.
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
- Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams for seamless communication and operations.
- Supervise administrative staff and ensure adherence to company policies.
- Manage payroll processing and employee expense reimbursements.
- Implement and improve office systems and procedures to enhance productivity.
Profile
A successful Office Manager/Accountant should have:
- A solid understanding of accounting principles and financial management.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage office operations effectively.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients, vendors, and team members.
