MEP Project Manager

Description

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute MEP projects including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems

  • Manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client communication with precision

  • Collaborate with superintendents, design teams, and stakeholders to drive performance

  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality benchmarks, and client requirements

  • Proactively resolve challenges to keep projects on track and within scope

Profile

  • 5+ years of experience managing MEP construction projects

  • Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in commercial or industrial environments

  • Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractor performance

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills with a proactive management style

  • Proficiency in project management software (Procore, MS Project, or similar) preferred
