Superintendent- Custom Homes

We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead the ground-up construction of high-end custom homes from preconstruction through final delivery. This role oversees all on-site operations for luxury residential projects valued up to $10M, ensuring quality, schedule, and client satisfaction.

Description

• Oversee all day-to-day field operations for ground-up custom home projects up to $10M

• Manage subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure quality workmanship and timely execution

• Maintain project schedules, conduct site meetings, and coordinate inspections

• Enforce jobsite safety standards and local building code compliance

• Review drawings and specifications, proactively identifying and resolving constructability issues

• Communicate progress updates with project managers, ownership, and clients

• Deliver projects on time while upholding the highest standards of luxury residential construction

Profile

• Proven Superintendent experience on ground-up custom homes in the South Florida market

• Direct experience managing high-end residential projects valued up to $10M

• Strong knowledge of luxury finishes, structural systems, and local permitting processes

• Ability to read and interpret architectural and construction documents

• Hands-on leadership style with strong subcontractor management skills

• Detail-oriented, organized, and client-focused mindset
