Junior Estimator - Commercial Construction Projects
Our client is seeking a Junior Estimator with approximately 1 year of experience in estimating commercial construction projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to grow within a high-performing team and gain exposure to a wide range of project types and scales.

Description
- Assist in preparing detailed cost estimates for commercial construction projects
- Analyze drawings, specifications, and other documentation to prepare accurate take-offs
- Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier bids
- Support the development of budgets and proposals for new projects
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure alignment on scope and pricing
- Maintain organized records of estimates and bid documentation
- Participate in pre-construction meetings and value engineering efforts
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred
- Minimum 1 year of experience in estimating commercial construction projects
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Proficiency in estimating software (e.g., Bluebeam, Timberline, ProEst, or similar)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
