Global HR Director
The HR Director will play a pivotal role in overseeing the Human Resources department, ensuring alignment with organizational goals in the industrial/manufacturing sector. This position will focus on strategic HR initiatives, compliance, and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Description
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention programs to attract and retain top talent.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations.
- Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and fostering a positive work environment.
- Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement and organizational culture.
- Oversee performance management processes and professional development programs.
- Collaborate with leadership to support succession planning and workforce development.
- Analyze HR metrics to inform decision-making and improve organizational performance.
Profile
A successful HR Director should have:
- A strong background in Human Resources within the industrial or manufacturing industry.
- Ability go onsite.
- Global experience is a plus!
- Proven expertise in developing and implementing HR policies and strategies.
- Knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements.
- Experience in employee relations and conflict resolution.
- A collaborative approach to working with leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- A results-driven mindset with a focus on improving workplace culture and efficiency.
