Senior Project Manager- Garden Style Apartment

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale, garden-style multifamily apartment projects valued up to $80M per project. This role will oversee projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring schedule, budget, quality, and client satisfaction are met at the highest level.

Description

• Lead and manage ground-up garden-style apartment projects up to $80M from preconstruction through final turnover

• Oversee project schedules, budgets, cost reporting, and forecasting

• Manage project teams including Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, Superintendents, and subcontractors

• Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and consultants to ensure alignment and issue resolution

• Negotiate and manage contracts, change orders, and procurement strategies

• Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality control programs, and local building codes

• Provide regular project updates to executive leadership and ownership groups

Profile

• 8+ years of experience in construction project management with a general contractor

• Proven experience delivering garden-style multifamily apartment projects, including at least one project valued up to $80M

• Strong background in ground-up residential or multifamily construction

• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills

• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders while maintaining control of cost and schedule

• Proficiency with construction management software and financial reporting tools
