Senior Project Manager- Garden Style Apartments
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of a large-scale multifamily project in Miami.
Client Details
Our client is a well-established multifamily general contractor with a strong presence throughout South Florida. They are recognized for delivering high-quality, ground-up apartment communities and maintaining long-term relationships with developers through consistent execution, financial discipline, and team stability.
Description
Lead all phases of construction for a garden-style multifamily project valued between $75M-$100M.
Manage project budgets, schedules, and cost controls to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
Oversee subcontractor procurement, contract administration, and performance.
Coordinate closely with ownership, architects, engineers, and consultants.
Mentor and manage project teams including Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, and field staff.
Drive risk management, change management, and quality control throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, local codes, and company procedures.
Profile
8-12+ years of construction experience with significant exposure to ground-up multifamily projects.
Demonstrated success managing projects in the $75M-$100M range, preferably garden-style apartment communities.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage large teams and complex stakeholder groups.
Deep understanding of budgeting, scheduling, and subcontractor management.
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
Highly organized, proactive, and capable of leading fast-paced, high-profile projects.
