Description

• Lead day-to-day site operations for a large-scale healthcare project, ensuring adherence to schedule, budget, and quality standards.

• Manage subcontractors, trades, and field staff, fostering a culture of safety and accountability.

• Oversee project sequencing, logistics planning, and site coordination.

• Conduct regular site meetings with stakeholders, providing progress updates and addressing potential issues proactively.

• Ensure compliance with healthcare-specific construction regulations and standards.

• Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and owners to maintain project alignment and expectations.

Profile

• 10+ years of superintendent experience, with a strong background in healthcare construction (hospitals, ERs, medical facilities, or similar).

• Track record of successfully delivering ground-up and complex healthcare projects.

• Deep understanding of infection control protocols, AHCA standards, and healthcare-specific construction codes.

• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage large teams and subcontractors.

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and solutions-driven.
