Lead Superintendent - Healthcare Construction
We are seeking a Lead Superintendent to oversee a major healthcare construction project in Royal Palm Beach, Florida. This role requires a proven leader with extensive experience managing complex healthcare builds from start to finish.

Description
Lead day-to-day site operations for a large-scale healthcare project, ensuring adherence to schedule, budget, and quality standards.
Manage subcontractors, trades, and field staff, fostering a culture of safety and accountability.
Oversee project sequencing, logistics planning, and site coordination.
Conduct regular site meetings with stakeholders, providing progress updates and addressing potential issues proactively.
Ensure compliance with healthcare-specific construction regulations and standards.
Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and owners to maintain project alignment and expectations.
Profile
10+ years of superintendent experience, with a strong background in healthcare construction (hospitals, ERs, medical facilities, or similar).
Track record of successfully delivering ground-up and complex healthcare projects.
Deep understanding of infection control protocols, AHCA standards, and healthcare-specific construction codes.
Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage large teams and subcontractors.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and solutions-driven.
