Description

• Oversee all phases of construction projects, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery
• Manage subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
• Maintain strong client relationships and represent the company professionally
• Identify and mitigate project risks and resolve issues proactively
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to a collaborative team culture

Profile

• 8+ years of experience in commercial or light industrial construction
• Proven success managing large-scale projects from start to finish
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, contracts, and scheduling tools
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
• Familiarity with Northwest Indiana market is a plus

Job Offer
