Description

• Lead and manage preconstruction efforts, including estimating, budgeting, and scheduling for construction projects.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure alignment with client expectations and project goals.
• Develop and maintain relationships with subcontractors, vendors, and clients to support project success.
• Analyze project drawings and specifications to identify potential challenges and propose solutions.
• Prepare comprehensive bid proposals, cost estimates, and value engineering recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, industry regulations, and client requirements.
• Monitor and report on preconstruction progress, providing regular updates to stakeholders.

Profile
